A. Non-Exclusive License

You receive the right to use the selected track(s) in your project.

SS Records Digital Label retains ownership and may license the same track to other clients.

You may use the track for: film, TV, advertising, digital media, trailers, podcasts, social content, or other audiovisual productions.

No resale, redistribution, or uploading as your own content is permitted.
B. Exclusive License

You receive exclusive rights to use the track for the duration stated at the time of purchase/licensing.

Once an exclusive license is issued, the track will not be licensed to any other client during the exclusivity period.

Ownership remains with SS Records Digital Label unless a full buyout is negotiated separately.
2. Usage Restrictions

The music may not be altered in a way that misrepresents the original creator.

No use in hateful, defamatory, or illegal content.

You may not claim copyright ownership of the track.
3. Credit
"You must include credits to Music licensed via SS Records Digital Label.”
4. Payment & Licensing Validity

License is valid only after payment or authorized access.

Unauthorized use of any music will result in copyright action.
5. No Transfer of Ownership
All music remains the property of Music Supervisor Hub and/or its creators unless a separate written agreement grants ownership transfer.
6. Acceptance of Terms
Signing the agreement to use any music from this site constitutes your full acceptance of this policy.
